Job Description

As a Front Office Coordinator at Northern Edge Physical Therapy, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for our patients. You will be the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and callers, ensuring exceptional customer service and facilitating the smooth flow of daily clinic operations. Your attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to multitask will contribute to our clinic''s overall success and reputation.

• Perform administrative duties in a compassionate manner to ensure proper reception, scheduling and billing for all physical therapy services and specialized programs.
• Responsible for all aspects of patient reception to ensure that each patient contact has a positive outcome and contributes towards treatment success.
• Develops a balanced schedule to ensure compliance with referral limits, insurance restrictions and maximize patient access to therapy services.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent
• 1+ years of previous medical front office experience
• Excellent telephone skills
• Proficient in Word and Excel
• Previous experience with medical software preferred
