Meridian Collision Center, Puyallup, WA is seeking a Front Desk Customer Service Representative.
Qualifications:
- Must be able to Multi-task in a fast-paced environment and communicate well with customers.
- Ability to greet and engage with customers on the phone and in person.
- Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30 am - 5:30 pm.
General Responsibilities:
- Greeting and checking in customers.
- Must have great phone etiquette and scheduling skills.
- Set up repair order files.
- Customer service-orientated and positive upbeat attitude.
- Basic computer/typing skills (will train on collision repair software).
- The ability to Multi-task is mandatory.
- Effective communicator and team player.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Taking payments.
- Filing.
- Time management.
Compensation:
- $18.00-21.00 per hour (DOQ).
- Paid holidays.
