Meridian Collision Center, Puyallup, WA is seeking a Front Desk Customer Service Representative.

Qualifications:
  • Must be able to Multi-task in a fast-paced environment and communicate well with customers.
  • Ability to greet and engage with customers on the phone and in person.
  • Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30 am - 5:30 pm.

General Responsibilities:
  • Greeting and checking in customers.
  • Must have great phone etiquette and scheduling skills.
  • Set up repair order files.
  • Customer service-orientated and positive upbeat attitude.
  • Basic computer/typing skills (will train on collision repair software).
  • The ability to Multi-task is mandatory.
  • Effective communicator and team player.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Taking payments.
  • Filing.
  • Time management.

Compensation:
  • $18.00-21.00 per hour (DOQ).
  • Paid holidays.
  • Paid vacation.
  • Medical.
