As a Front Office Customer Service Worker, you'll be the welcoming face and vital support for our busy office. Your work will ensure smooth customer interactions, efficient order processing, and contribute to the overall success of our team. You’ll work closely with management and other departments to deliver exceptional service and help maintain an organized, safe workspace.

What You'll Do
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
  • Answering incoming phone calls promptly and professionally to assist customers and coordinate requests.
  • Taking and processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a busy office or retail setting.
  • Bilingual skills in Spanish are required to serve our diverse customer base.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
