Open Hours
Monday 8:00 am- 4:30 pm
Tuesday 8:00 am- 4:30 pm
Wednesday 8:00 am- 4:30 pm
Thursday 8:00 am- 4:30 pm
*Every other*Friday 8:00 am- 1:00 pm
We treat patients during the above hours. All staff members arrive at 7:40 am to prepare for the morning huddle. All staff must be prepared to stay 15-30 minutes after closing to wrap up the day if necessary

Job Description:
Our Scheduling Coordinator position is a vital part of our mission. They not only provide a comforting smile and a personalized greeting to patients that visit our office, but they also impact overall patient satisfaction and retention, in addition to directing daily business operations. Your role as the first point of contact for our patients is truly important to us.
We are looking for a Scheduling Coordinator who is ready for the challenge of growing and developing their career alongside our Clinical Team in a dynamic family-oriented culture.

Requirements

Software: Open Dental 
Basic Skills: 
Verify PPO insurance with breakdowns, Enter Insurance Frequencies, Post Patient Payments, Generate/Present Treatment Plans, Maintain Reception Area, Confirmation Calls, Generate and call recall list, Financial Planning (In house/care credit), Scanning Documents, Knowledge of ADA codes, Call in Prescriptions
Advance Skills:
Post Insurance Payments, Specialty Referrals, Manage Office inventory, Prepare mail/billing statements
Education/Certification:
• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent required
• Maintain annual OSHA, HIPAA and Infection Control training
Ideal Candidate: 
Bilingual in Spanish 
Experience: 
1-3 years
