Are you an organized, customer-focused professional who enjoys keeping operations running smoothly? Penmac Staffing is seeking a Front Office Dispatcher to support a busy service-based operation. This position plays a key role in coordinating technicians in the field, communicating with customers, and ensuring accurate information is entered and tracked throughout the day. Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Close attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced office environment
- Comfortable interacting with customers, technicians, and coworkers both in person and over the phone
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities throughout the day
- Must be willing to submit to required pre-employment screenings
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and provide professional customer service
- Gather customer information and complete data intake accurately
- Enter and maintain customer and service information in company systems
- Dispatch technicians to service calls and coordinate schedules as needed
- Communicate updates and information between customers and field technicians
- Assist technicians by providing pricing information and other support while they are in the field
- Welcome and assist customers and employees visiting the office
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Support daily office operations and administrative functions as needed
