In this highly visible position, you will be responsible for welcoming and registering guests, providing information about hotel services and promotions, processing payments, and responding to guest inquiries with professionalism and warmth. Your ability to build rapport through genuine conversation and personalized service will directly contribute to an outstanding guest experience.
