Key Responsibilities Provide operational support to the Front Office Supervisor and Clinical Manager Guide and motivate front office staff foroptimalperformance Ensure efficient patient flow through planning and teamwork Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders Collaborate with clinic, office, contract, and volunteer staff Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality at all times Support patients with access barriers related to income, language, or culture Comply withHIPAA, OSHA, and all relevant hospital regulations Collaborative Teamwork This role involves working closely with our team to deliver effective, patient-focused services and contribute to a supportive and collaborative work environment.
