As the Front Office Lead, you will oversee daily front desk activities, support reservation operations, and serve as a key point of contact for both guests and team members. You'll be responsible for training staff, resolving guest concerns, and ensuring that every interaction reflects the highest level of service. This role requires a proactive leader with strong communication skills and a commitment to excellence in a dynamic hospitality environment.

  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • Minimum of 6 months of hotel and guest service experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

  • Familiarity with hotel property management systems

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

  • Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays

  • Comfortable working in diverse environments, including casino floors

  • Assist with guest check-in/check-out and handle reservation inquiries

  • Train front office agents on hotel systems, policies, and procedures

  • Prepare operational reports for management as needed

  • Resolve guest complaints and disputes professionally and efficiently

  • Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional guest service
