A well-run front office sets the tone for everything. Patients feel it when they walk in, the clinical team feels it throughout the day, and the numbers reflect it at the end of the month. We're looking for someone who gets that and who takes genuine pride in making it all come together.

What this role actually looks like

• You'll be the go-to person for the front office team, keeping the schedule tight and the day running smoothly
• Making sure patients are taken care of from first call to checkout
• Handling collections and financial conversations with patients professionally and clearly
• Playing an active role in hiring, onboarding, and developing your staff
• Collaborating with the clinical team to keep patient flow moving
• Spotting what isn't working and figuring out how to fix it
