Front Office Manager
Luxury Resort | Montana, USA

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $100,000 – $105,000 / year
  • Housing Allowance: $1,000 / month
  • Relocation Assistance: $3,000

Role Overview
Leads daily operations, training, and reporting for Front Office and Guest Services, ensuring the highest levels of hospitality and service across every guest touchpoint in the lobby. Acts as a hands-on leader — coaching the team, resolving service issues, and stepping into Front Desk duties during peak demand.

Key Deliverables

  • Daily operations — manage Front Office/Guest Services operations to consistently meet quality standards and guest expectations
  • Service recovery — handle complaints, disputes, and guest concerns; support tracking and resolution of service issues
  • Emergency preparedness — understand and execute emergency response plans (fire, medical, security incidents, etc.)
  • Guest engagement — proactively gather guest feedback on product and service quality; review satisfaction results with the team
  • Team development — coach and provide feedback to Front Office staff; support interviewing and hiring
  • Cross-departmental coordination — maintain strong working relationships across departments to resolve operational issues quickly
  • Hands-on coverage — perform Front Desk duties directly during high-demand periods

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years in a guest services department at a luxury or boutique hotel
  • Proficiency in hospitality revenue management, guest services, and team development
  • Previous guest service and reservations experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Opera PMS
