JOB DESCRIPTION: The Front Office Manager manages all aspects of the department including but not limited to operations, planning, budgeting, staffing and payroll in accordance with hotel policies and procedures. The Front Office Manager provides leadership and support to all members of the Front Office. Key Responsibilities:
Requirements: Experience: 1-3 years in a supervisory role in hospitality. Education: High School diploma required; college degree preferred. Skills: Proficient in Windows-based programs, strong organizational and time management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Flexibility: Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Physical Stamina: Ability to bend, lift, and carry up to 30 lbs, and stand/walk for extended periods.
