What You Will Bring to the Table:
Strong background in customer service, premium or luxury preferred
Ability to de-escalate high-pressure guest complaints, manage VIP arrivals, and consistently drive Brand Standard Audit compliance.
Demonstrated experience in motivating teams to elevate guest experience
Open availability, with an emphasis on evenings
Marriott FSPMS knowledge preferred
