The role involves overseeing hotel operations to maximize occupancy, revenue, and efficiency, including managing front desk, bell desk, housekeeping, and call center teams.
Responsibilities include hiring, training, evaluating staff, maintaining industry knowledge, managing room rates and availability, ensuring supply levels, coordinating events, resolving guest issues, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
Additional duties include managing budgets, reviewing invoices, maintaining cleanliness, and authorizing complimentary services.
The candidate must have at least 3 years of supervisory and 5 years of hotel experience, proficiency with hotel systems and software, and the ability to work in smoke-filled environments.
Licensure and knowledge of responsible gaming are required.
The position offers a salary of $65,000 annually.
