We are seeking a team member for the following position:

Position: Orthodontic Front Office Coordinator

Schedule: Full-time/Monday-Thursday 8a.m.- 5p.m. and Friday's 7:00a.m.-3:30p.m

Our family-owned and operated dental and orthodontic practice in Citrus Heights, CA is exciting, rewarding and fun! We have an amazing team of dedicated professionals and we pride ourselves on our excellent patient care, customer service, and work ethic. Above all else, we enjoy the heartwarming interactions with our patients and their families that make long-lasting impressions.

The ideal candidate will LOVE working with people and have the following qualifications:

• 1 year of experience in a dental or orthodontic environment(orthodontic experience is strongly preferred)
• Great customer service skills and a passion for working with kids
• Understanding of clinical procedures and CDT codes
• Proficiency in dental insurance plans preferred
• Knowledge and experience with electronic claims submission
• Enthusiastic team skills, a great personality and a positive attitude
• Organized and Detail-oriented
• Dolphin managment knowledge required
