Front Office Receptionist Position description
Facilitates patient visits and supports the health care team by scheduling patient visits and providing patient check out processes at the end of the visit. Obtains or verifies patient demographics, medical insurance information, and serves as a direct contact and resource to the patient. Collects copays. Handles payments and balances accounts at the end of the day. This role requires flexibility which may include cross-coverage and travel depending on location.
