As a Front Office Receptionist, you will:
- Greet patients with a warm and professional demeanor, ensuring a welcoming experience
- Answer phones confidently and with care, addressing patient inquiries
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments efficiently
- Manage patient check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accurate records
- Perform data entry tasks with precision and consistency
- Review and complete patient charts to ensure all necessary information is accurate
- Assist patients with navigating online forms and address any questions regarding them
- Provide clear information about fees, insurance, and payment options
- Assist with insurance predeterminations, ensuring patients understand their benefits and financial responsibilities
- Inform patients of the amounts due on the day of surgery and help guide them through payment options
We’re looking for candidates with:
- Previous experience in a medical or dental office (preferred)
- Knowledge of medical or dental billing and insurance (a plus)
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and helpful information
- A collaborative mindset and ability to work well within a team
- A commitment to delivering excellent patient care and creating a comfortable experience for everyone
