Greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff in a warm, professional manner

Handle incoming phone calls, messages, and appointment scheduling<\/span>

Manage front desk operations including check -in/check -out, verifying information, and maintaining organized records<\/span>

Support administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, faxing, and document preparation<\/span>

Maintain a clean and organized reception area<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>
Coordinate communication between providers, staff, and patients<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>
Assist with general office support, special projects, and daily workflow needs<\/span>

Bilingual English & Spanish (Required)<\/span><\/span><\/b>

1 year of front office, receptionist, or secretarial experience (Required)<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>
Experience working in a <\/span><\/span>medical office or healthcare setting<\/span><\/span><\/b> (Preferred)<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>
Strong verbal and written communication skills<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail<\/span>

Ability to multitask in a fast -paced environment<\/span>

Proficiency with basic computer applications a plus<\/span>
