Front Office Staff

Full-Time | Monday-Friday

Work Schedule: (rotates weekly)

• Week 1: Four 10-hour shifts, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Week 2: Five 8-hour shifts, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM

Location: Keystone Internal Medicine, Chambersburg

Keystone Internal Medicine is seeking a motivated and professional Front Office Staff team member to join our busy practice. This full-time position plays a key role in providing exceptional patient service and ensuring efficient office operations.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting and assisting patients
• Scheduling appointments
• Verifying insurance information
• Updating patient demographics
• Collecting payments
• Answering and directing phone calls
• Checking patients in and out

The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills, and work effectively as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous medical office experience

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
