As a Front Office Strategy Consulting - Service & Support Experienced Associate, you will engage with clients to analyze their needs and develop customer-centric solutions that enhance their customer experience and drive business growth. Responsibilities

• Analyzing client needs to develop customer-centric solutions that enhance customer experience and drive business growth
• Designing customer journey maps to create seamless and personalized experiences that boost customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Conducting customer journey analysis to identify touchpoints and improve overall customer engagement
• Implementing customer experience strategies to support clients in achieving their business objectives
• Managing customer data to inform insights and recommendations for improving customer relations and retention
• Collaborating with team members to adapt to diverse client challenges and deliver quality work consistently
• Applying business process improvement techniques to optimize customer service management and satisfaction
• Utilizing customer segmentation and value proposition strategies to enhance client interactions and drive advocacy
• Gathering information from various sources to discern patterns and inform customer strategy development
• Upholding professional and technical standards while building commercial awareness and understanding of business operations

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor''s degree
• At least 1 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer Engineering, Information CyberSecurity, Computer and Information Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Applications
• Demonstrating intellectual curiosity and adaptability in fast-paced environments
• Excelling in customer experience design and strategy development
• Utilizing customer journey analysis to enhance client engagement
• Applying business process improvement techniques to drive value

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $63,000 - $140,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual''s skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
