Hilton Santa Barbara Beachfront Resort is seeking a friendly, attentive, and proactive Front Office Supervisor, with a genuine passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

As a Front Office Supervisor, you'll do more than oversee front desk operations-you'll help create memorable stays by leading and supporting the Guest Services team, warmly welcoming guests, resolving concerns, and ensuring every arrival, departure, and guest interaction is welcoming, seamless, and memorable.

The ideal candidate for this role will possess:

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team-building skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• A warm, professional demeanor and genuine passion for hospitality and exceptional guest service.
• Open availability and flexibility to work all shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and guest needs.
• The ability to confidently resolve guest concerns while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
• Previous front office experience and knowledge of hotel property management systems preferred.

• Manage lobby flow: Monitor guest traffic in the lobby and adjust team coverage in real time to maintain service efficiency
