POSITIONSUMMARY:

The Front Office Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all guest interactions at the front desk, including registration, departure processing, and communication of hotel services.

This role involves assisting staff with guest issues, ensuring compliance with hotel

DUTIESANDRESPONSIBILITIES

·         Provideexceptionalcustomerservicetoallguests,ensuringacomfortableand accommodatingstaywhileachievingteamandbrandgoals.

·         Performqualityassurance(QA)checksforthefrontofficedepartment.

·         Ensurecompliancewithhotelpolicies,procedures,andrelevantfederal,state,and localordinancesregardingpersonnel,security,cashhandling,guestrelations,and safety.

·         Remainhighlyvisibleandreadilyavailableforguests,takinginitiativetooffer assistance or answer questions.

·         Adheretohotelcreditpoliciesandprocedures,includingcreditcardauthorization, directbilling,cashpayments,andincidentaldeposits.

·         Manageguestcomplaints,documentingrequests,issues,orproblems,and ensuringfollow-uptoachieveguestsatisfaction.

·         Greet,register,upsell,issueroomkeys,andassignroomsefficientlyandwarmlyto guests.

·         Answerinquiriesaboutthehotel,amenities,localdining,attractions,andprovide traveldirections.

·         Accuratelycheckoutguestsandcommunicatedepartureswithhousekeeping.

·         Make,confirm,andcancelreservationsthroughtelephone,computer,andwritten communication.

·         Answerandrouteinternalandexternalphonecallsclearlyandprofessionally.

·         Updatetheshiftlogregularlytomaintainclearcommunicationbetweenshifts.

·         Maintaincleanlinessandorganizationofthelobby,coffeestations,andfrontdesk area.

·         Assigntasksandensurefront-of-housepositionsareadequatelycoveredduring shifts.

·         OrderproductsandconductinventoryfortheSuiteShop.

·         Train,supervise,andsupportfrontofficestaff,ensuringproperproceduresandhigh standards of service.

POSITIONREQUIREMENTS


·         MustbeabletocommunicateeffectivelyinEnglish,bothwrittenandverbally.

·         Mustbeabletostandforextendedperiods.

·         Mustbeabletoliftupto20lbs.

·         Previousexperienceinfrontofficeorcustomerservicerolesispreferred,especially inahospitalitysetting.
