Salary: $75,000 to $95,000
The Front Office serves as the initial point of contact for the Office by providing assistance to clients, welcoming visitors to the Office, answering general questions, and referring requests received by the Office to the appropriate attorney, drafting team, or paralegal.
The Front Office Supervisor supervises a team of three Front Office Assistants who provide essential administrative and clerical support services to the staff within the House Office of the Legislative Counsel (HOLC). The Front Office Supervisor oversees the operations of the Front Office and communicates with Office management regarding the operation and performance of the Front Office.
The Front Office Supervisor may work on special projects at the request and under the direction of the Legislative Counsel.
The Front Office Supervisor is a supervisory position and works under the direction and supervision of the Legislative Counsel.
After an initial 90-day period, the Front Office Supervisor is eligible to telework up to one day per week, at the discretion of the Legislative Counsel.
