Description

The Lobo Card Office is seeking a committed student employee to assist with a variety of customer service and data entry assignments. Our office is often fast-paced, and the ideal candidate must be flexible as daily priorities may shift.

A successful candidate will be professional, detail-oriented, and possess excellent customer service, computer, and analytical skills.

Duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:

Answering phone calls and responding to email inquiries.
Creating reports using Excel and PowerPoint.
Delivering excellent customer service to faculty, staff, and students during every interaction.
Issuing Lobo ID Cards
Assist with administrative duties for multiple departments.
