Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Frontend Lead Developer to lead the design, development, and delivery of modern web applications. This role combines technical leadership, hands-on development, and team mentorship while collaborating closely with product, design, and engineering stakeholders.

Key ResponsibilitiesDefine frontend architecture, coding standards, and best practices.Lead and mentor developers through code reviews and technical guidance.Develop scalable, maintainable applications using modern frontend technologies.Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend teams.Optimize application performance, accessibility, and user experience.Support CI/CD processes and integration with REST/GraphQL APIs.

Required Experience14+ years of overall IT experience.6+ years of frontend development experience, including leadership responsibilities. (Overall 14 years required)Expert knowledge of HTML5, CSS/Sass, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.Strong proficiency in React.js, Next.JS building single page applications involving MFE capabilitiesExperience with REST/GraphQL APIs, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.Top 3 SkillsFrontend Technical LeadershipModern JavaScript/TypeScript Frameworks mandatory React JSTeam Mentorship and Cross-Functional Collaboration
