Job Description
Our client, an IT Services and Consulting company, is looking for a Frontend Lead Developer for their Plano, TX location.
Responsibilities:
- Guide the technical direction of modern web applications. This role combines technical leadership, hands-on development, mentoring, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-performance user experiences.
- Define frontend architecture, coding standards, and best practices.
- Lead and mentor developers through code reviews and technical guidance.
- Build scalable, maintainable web applications using modern frontend frameworks.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend engineers.
- Improve performance, accessibility, and overall user experience.
- Support CI/CD processes and frontend delivery standards.
Requirements:
- 12+ years of overall IT experience.
- 6+ years of frontend development experience with leadership responsibilities.
- Expert knowledge of HTML5, CSS/Sass, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
- Strong experience with React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Experience with REST/GraphQL APIs, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong communication, mentoring, and problem-solving abilities.
