Frontline Operations Team Lead, Food & Beverage (CPG)

Role overview

Lead the frontline production team in a high-velocity beverage facility. This position is hands-on and people-centered, ensuring safe operations, consistent quality, and attainment of production plans while cultivating a culture of continuous improvement.

Impact you will make

• Translate production goals into clear actions for your team
• Ensure strict adherence to GMPs, safety procedures, and company standards
• Drive process improvements that increase efficiency and minimize waste
• Coordinate with QA, maintenance, and supply chain to resolve issues quickly
• Build capability through training, coaching, and performance management

Required qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; recent college graduates encouraged to apply
• 2 to 5 years (max) of supervisory experience within a manufacturing or production environment
• Demonstrated leadership, clear communication, and strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in food, beverage, or broader CPG operations
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other CI methodologies
• Comfort with ERP systems and production reporting/analytics

Physical requirements

• Lift up to 25 lbs unassisted
• Stand and walk on the manufacturing floor for extended durations
• Work an 8-hour shift with overtime as needed
