At Nothing Bundt Cakes, our Frosters add the finishing touch that makes every cake—and every guest experience—extra sweet. If you enjoy working with your hands, paying attention to detail, and being part of a fun, fast-paced team, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Prepare our signature frosting using proprietary recipes and techniques.
- Frost and decorate cakes to Nothing Bundt Cakes quality standards.
- Complete cake orders accurately and on schedule.
- Keep display cases stocked with fresh, beautifully frosted cakes.
- Package, label, store, and rotate products according to food safety standards.
- Monitor frosting inventory and communicate supply needs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work area.
- Follow all company policies, food safety guidelines, and dress code standards.
- Support the team as needed to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
What We're Looking For
- Detail-oriented with pride in producing quality work.
- Able to follow recipes, instructions, and procedures accurately.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
- Previous bakery, restaurant, or food service experience is a plus, but not required.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
Schedule
Flexible availability is needed, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
