Job Position: Frozen Picker

Pay Rate: $20.00/hr

Shift: 4:30 AM START

Description: Job Duties/Responsibilities - Accurately pick and pack frozen items based on order specifications. - Operate equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts to move products within the facility. - Ensure products are stored and handled at appropriate frozen temperatures to maintain quality. - Perform quality checks to ensure items meet company standards. - Maintain cleanliness and organization in the frozen storage areas. - Adhere to safety protocols and procedures when working in cold environments. - Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines. Qualifications & Requirements - Ability to work in cold environments for extended periods of time. - Basic understanding of inventory management systems and order processing tools. - Physical ability to lift, move, and handle heavy frozen items as required. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order picking and packing tasks. - Familiarity with warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks or forklifts, preferred. - Good communication and teamwork skills. - Willingness to follow safety guidelines and wear appropriate protective clothing.
