Frozen Team Lead - Full Time

FROZEN TEAM LEAD

Hourly Lead Person in the Frozen Section working directly with the Packaged Goods Manager. This persons primary duties include:

• Ordering
• Stocking
• Pricing
• Rotation
• Cooler organization
• Record keeping
• Inventory
• Backstock Control
• Scanner maintenance
• Housekeeping
• Customer relations on the sales floor
• Working with one or two regular helpers working in the Section.

Secondary duties assume related activities as required or assigned by the Packaged Goods Manager.

Availability: Must be available to be scheduled 35 hours a week, including nights and weekends, based on department needs.

Previous Work Experience: Must be a senior aisle clerk with demonstrated leadership abilities.

Physical Demands: Repetitive lifting to 50, occasional lifting to 80.
