Seasonal Part Time/Night Time position typically 5-6 hours per night, 4 nights a week.

POSITION SUMMARY: It is the primary responsibility of the Fry Cook to prepare and cook food on all stations in the kitchen. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and property policies, practices, and procedures.
Position Requirements
A high school diploma or a GED equivalent is sufficient to work as a fry cook.
However, knowledge of handling frying items, and operating fryers and grills is important if this is the work that you want to do.
In addition to this, it is imperative for fry cooks to possess exceptional skills in handling garnishing and portioning activities.
Apart from expertise in the work, it is important to possess exceptional communication skills, so that you can understand orders, and prepare them according to specific instructions of each customer.
State certified food handlers permit.
Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, and lift items up to 40 pounds.
