Old Town Catering Company is looking for a skilled, dependable Fry / Prep Cook to join our high-volume catering kitchen!


We prepare thousands of meals each week for schools, businesses, and special events throughout Albuquerque. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, take pride in preparing quality food, and thrive as part of a team, we'd love to meet you.


Pay:
$16–$20 per hour (depending on experience)


Responsibilities:

• Prepare fried menu items with consistency and attention to quality
  
  
• Operate commercial fryers safely and efficiently
  
  
• Maintain proper food temperatures and food safety standards
  
  
• Keep the fry station clean, stocked, and organized
  
  
• Assist with food prep and other kitchen duties as needed
  
  
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure meals are prepared on time
  
  

Qualifications:

• Fry cook or commercial kitchen experience preferred
  
  
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen
  
  
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
  
  
• Strong attention to cleanliness and food quality
  
  
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
