About the Role:
ROOBUG ENTERPRISES LLC is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Fryer Cleaner Technician to join our team in Cerritos, CA. This is a hands-on role where you'll provide essential fryer cleaning and oil management services to local restaurants and food service businesses. Responsibilities:

• Perform deep cleaning and maintenance of commercial deep fryers at client locations
• Manage cooking oil filtration, collection, and disposal using Filta system equipment
• Conduct routine fryer inspections and identify any maintenance or safety concerns
• Maintain accurate service records and client logs for each visit
• Build and maintain positive relationships with restaurant and food service clients
• Manage a regular service route efficiently and on schedule
• Ensure all work meets health, safety, and sanitation standards

Requirements:

• Prior experience in commercial kitchen maintenance, janitorial, or food service equipment servicing preferred
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and working in hot environments
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage a route independently
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work early morning hours to accommodate restaurant schedules
