Kforce has a client in Westlake, TX that is seeking a FS 50 50 Angular Java Spring Boot. Responsibilities:
  • Rapid Software Delivery: Develop and deploy high-quality software in fast-paced, agile environments
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Architecture, Development, UX, and Product teams to design and implement new features
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to process enhancements and technical implementation strategies
  • Technology Leadership: Stay current with emerging technologies and frameworks to drive innovation
  • Mentorship & Team Growth: Mentor junior engineers to improve team velocity and technical maturity
  • Strong Core Skills: Demonstrate excellent analytical, communication, and organizational abilities; Effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities

  • Innovation in Development & Testing: Collaborate on new technologies to solve Dev and testing challenges and improve automation processes

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience developing scalable middle-tier applications
  • Proven track record of delivering software in Agile environments
  • Experience in financial services application development is a plus
  • Core Java (8+ years of experience), Spring Framework (including Spring Boot)
  • Deep knowledge of middleware Java stack, messaging technologies, containerization, web containers and test automation
  • Exposure to coding in more than one programming language; All our full stack engineers work across a range of client, middle tier, messaging, caching, and database technologies including Java, Springboot, JavaScript, SQL and PL/SQL
  • Document design options and decisions, and present these in an organized manner to technical as well as non-technical audiences
  • Awareness of event-based systems, functional programming, emerging technologies
  • Demonstrate a test-driven approach to developing software and can build or contribute to automated testing frameworks that can detect any anomalies in functionality, performance, and integration
  • Web services integration and design experience
  • Experience building cloud-enabled applications using 12-factor design principles
  • Proficient in Docker containerization
  • Hands-on experience with Azure cloud deployment and application management
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools
  • Strong experience with unit testing and test automation frameworks
  • Exposure to Test Driven Development (TDD)
  • Experience with tools such as JUnit, Cucumber, Selenium
  • Working knowledge of design systems and scalable architecture patterns

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
