We're expanding fast and looking for energetic people to join our roster of assistants, AV technicians, and headline DJs. We bring unforgettable experiences to weddings, school dances, and corporate events.

Start here: Wedding DJ Assistant (Typically Fri–Sun)

No experience? No problem. This is where everybody starts, and we train you from the ground up.
You'll be on-site at weddings alongside our headline DJs: building the show, reading the room, helping DJ + vendor teams on-site, and striking at the end of the night. This is the seat where you learn what actually makes an event work.
You request work around your current class, schedules, and finals week. You give us your availability; we work with it.

Grow into it: Event Crew (Typically weekdays)

Once you've got weddings under your belt, Event Crew opens up: corporate events, galas, and mid-week productions with heavier AV and staging. It's more technical, and the fastest route to high-tier technician.
Already have experience? You can start here. If you've run sound, lighting, or staging before, tell us in your application, and we'll chat with you accordingly.

Where it goes

DJ Assistant → Event Crew → high-tier technician or headline DJ. We're a multi-entity company that strongly prefers promoting from within, and this is the track our current DJs came up through. 

What you'll do

• FSL Assistant Training Programs (available for higher pay opportunities) 
• Meet at FSL Warehouse to load in, set up, and strike sound, lighting, uplighting, and staging
• Run cables cleanly and safely, test gear, troubleshoot live
• Support the headline DJ during the event and help guests
• Work as one team with photographers, planners, venue staff, and caterers. On event day, there's no "us and them"; we're all running the same show.
• You'll be positive, professional, and easy to work with, every time.
• Capture content for the DJ on your or their phone: dance floor moments, lighting shots, crowd energy. It's part of the job, and good footage gets used.
• Return gear the way it came out / help unload at warehouse

Requirements

18+, reliable transportation to our Greensboro warehouse and to venues across NC
Lift 50-75 lbs repeatedly, on your feet for 6–12 hours
Available most Friday and Saturday evenings
Black Dress shirt, black Slacks, black closed-toe shoes
Answers texts, gives notice, shows up
