Summary of Job DescriptionThe FSQA Manager International & Multi Concepts is responsible for ensuring the safety of suppliers and ingredients for Panda Restaurant Group. This position develops and implements food safety programs policies and procedures related to the International and Multi Concept categories.Job ResponsibilitiesManages risk-based supplier food safety audit Program for International and Multi Concept Categories. Coordinate internal and third-party auditors and perform audits as scheduled and required. Pre-screen potential suppliers for adherence to Pandas food safety standards and capabilities. Maintains collaborative cross functional partnerships with International and Multi Concept Teams. Ensures the safety of food ingredients served to guests by developing and implementing food safety programs for the international and multi concept categories. Collaborates with SCM to expand the companys supply base to meet company growth. Ensures the safety of suppliers and products for International and multi concept categories. Manages performance data for supply chain partners and suppliers and identifies any performance improvement opportunities related to the international and multi concept categories. Investigates issues related to the safety of ingredients for international and multi concept categories. Supports with obtaining credit from suppliers or DCs where the safety does not meet company specifications.Coaches and enrolls supply chain partners to implement continuous improvements to minimize food safety risks. Collects and analyzes supplier guest and operator feedback pertaining to food safety andor regulatory for international and multi concept categories and works with supply chain partners and purchasing agents to address issues. Reviews and updates QA manual containing FSQA policies standards processes and guidelines for suppliers and supply chain partners.
