Quality & Food Safety Tech
Location: Missouri City, TX
Client located in Missouri City, seeking Quality & Food Inspector. Seeking Candidates for 1st and 3rd shifts.
Role includes:
- Maintaining high quality standards by inspecting products, monitoring production processes, and ensuring compliance with internal/external specifications.
- Adherence to good manufacturing practices (GMP), food safety, Safe Quaity Food (SQF).
- Monitoring and programming critical control points (CCP)
- Ensure product food safety and quality
- Responsible for performing sanitation verification and allergen testing on equipment and other areas required.
- Monitor relevant record logs
- Correct recipe guidelines
- Comply with all food safety regulations - HACCP, GMPs, and SOPs
- Plant food safety audits and product evaluation
- Meet the GFCO standards
- Temp to hire position
- $18 hourly plus shift differential for 3rd shift
