Location: Greensboro, NC
Salary: $40,000.00 USD Annually - $50,000.00 USD Annually
Description:

Judge Direct Placement is seeking a FSQS Clerk in Greensboro, NC area!

Responsibilities:

• Perform data entry and generate reports for production, SSOP, sensory evaluations, and error tracking
• Maintain accurate documentation to support compliance and audit readiness
• Prepare, package, and ship product samples according to established procedures
• Support traceability exercises to ensure product accountability and regulatory compliance
• Ensure production forms, documentation, and supplies are stocked and readily available
• Assist with the execution and coordination of sensory programs
• Provide cross-functional support by stepping in for FSQS Technicians, Supervisors, or the HACCP Coordinator as needed
• Help oversee team activities and ensure operational continuity when covering key roles

Requirements:

• Strong computer and reporting skills
• Understanding of food safety processes (HACCP/SSOP)
• Ability to analyze data and communicate effectively
