FSQS Superintendent

Judge Direct Placement is seeking a Food Safety and Quality Systems Superintendent in Greensboro, NC area!

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the team to ensure strong communication, consistent processes, and high standards
• Oversee daily FSQS operations
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations (HACCP, SSOP)
• Manage product holds and support investigations
• Ensure accurate reporting
• Maintain properly inventory and department resources

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Food Safety
• 5+ years of food safety/quality experience
• HACCP knowledge/certification
• Strong understanding of production processes & regulatory requirements
