Job Skills / Requirements

Floor Technician

Mon - Fri

4pm start time

hours may vary acoording to customer needs

$17 per hr with a Valid Driver''s License

$16 per hr without DL

As a part of our professional cleaning team you would be servicing clients in the following ways:

  • Travel to all locations in the Pittsburgh area (Occasional travel to Ohio & West Virginia)
  • Stripping, scrubbing, buffing, and waxing multiple floor surfaces
  • Carpet cleaning such as Extraction/ Bonnet Buffing
  • Scrubbing ceramic tile and grout
  • Any special projects that would need to be completed such as construction clean up, maintenance, and anything else that would be necessary to fulfill the client's needs
  • Vehicle Inspection Reporting
  • Nightly Reporting
  • Supply Inventory

Skills/Qualifications sought to be successful in this position:

  • Must have flexible schedule to include evenings and weekends as needed
  • Attention to detail
  • Self Motivated
  • Effectively communicating and informing other team members of needs & issues
  • Possessing a Valid Driver''s License
  • Successfully completing a company Criminal Background Check and Motor Vehicle Report
  • In this position you will need to have a valid drivers license in good standings for 2+yrs

All employees will be trained on St. Moritz standard operating procedures
