FT Food Preparation Team Member
Our Back of House Team Members are the crucialbehind-the-scenes crew of our organization. By serving in multiple various
positions our goal is to serve our guests quickly, accurately, and with utmost care. We pride ourselves on our people that have the heart to serve and are friendly and enthusiastic. Our back-of-house positions include but are not limited to Chicken Breader, Sandwich assembly, nuggets assembly, prep, and fryer. Additional duties also include cleaning, stocking, and dishwashing.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Availability Requirements
Weekend Availability
Team member must be available to work 75% of all Fridays and
Saturdays per month.
Team member must be available to close 2 Fridays and 2
Saturdays per month.
Daypart Availability
Team member must be available to work multiple dayparts over
the course of a week, including a minimum 2 closing shifts per week. This
requirement may be amended on a case-by-case basis, based on current restaurant
needs.
Holiday Availability
Team member must be available to work full schedules the
week of the following holidays:
At least 1 out of 2 of the following: Memorial Day, July4th
At least 2 out of 3 of the following: Thanksgiving,Christmas, New Years
