Full Time Front of House Team Member
At Chick-fil-A, the Team Member role is more than just a job; it's an opportunity. Availability Requirements
Weekend Availability
Team member must be available to work 75% of all Fridays and Saturdays per month.
Team member must be available to close 2 Fridays and 2 Saturdays per month.
Daypart Availability
Team member must be available to work multiple dayparts over the course of a week, including a minimum 2 closing shifts per week. This requirement may be amended on a case-by-case basis, based on current restaurant needs.
Holiday Availability
Team member must be available to work full schedules the week of the following holidays:
At least 1 out of 2 of the following: Memorial Day, July 4th
At least 2 out of 3 of the following: Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years
