Requirements:
• 3+ years of retail management experience • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction • Strong communication and leadership skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities • High school diploma or equivalent required; associates or bachelors degree preferred
