Full-Time Nanny Manager | Buena Park, Chicago
A warm and busy family in Chicago's Buena Park neighborhood is seeking an experienced Nanny Manager to provide exceptional childcare while helping keep the household running smoothly. This role combines hands-on care for two children, a toddler and an infant, with household management responsibilities and is ideal for a proactive professional who enjoys both childcare and organization. They are seeking a dependable individual who can adapt to changing schedules, support the children's development, and serve as an extension of the household.
Location Chicago (Buena Park neighborhood)
Schedule Core childcare hours include:
Wednesday & Thursday: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Friday: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Saturday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Sunday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Additional weekday/weekend hours will be scheduled to bring the position to approximately 40 hours per week. The family can offer flexibility regarding how those additional hours are structured.
Compensation & Benefits
$32–$35/hour
Guaranteed 40 hours

Parking available for nanny's personal vehicle
Childcare Responsibilities
Caring for an infant and toddler
Daycare pick-up and drop-off (children attend full-day daycare)
Supporting developmental milestones
Potty-training support
Planning age-appropriate activities and enrichment
Outdoor activities and outings
Children's meal preparation
Children's laundry
Assisting with bedtime routines and getting children ready for the day
Maintaining children's spaces and supplies
Infant care and daily routines
Occasional pet care as needed
Household Management Responsibilities
Household organization and tidying
Running family errands
Inventory management of children's supplies
Coordinating household needs
Helping maintain an organized and efficient household
Qualifications
Extensive experience caring for infants and toddlers
Prior nanny manager or household management experience preferred
CPR certified
Safe driver with a clean driving record
Comfortable driving children
Fluent English required
Additional language skills are a plus
Comfortable working alongside work-from-home parents
Comfortable with two large dogs and two cats
Highly organized, proactive, dependable, and flexible
Able to confidently manage an energetic toddler and infant simultaneously
