Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support an Acute Care team in a fast-paced hospital setting. This role is essential in assisting with patient care, supporting Registered Nurses and physicians, and ensuring a high standard of care is maintained during overnight hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of Registered Nurses and physicians
• Monitor patient vital signs and report changes in condition
• Administer medications and treatments as directed
• Assist with patient assessments, admissions, and discharges
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records and documentation
• Support the care team in delivering efficient and effective patient care
• Ensure patient comfort, safety, and adherence to care plans

Education & Certification Requirements

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Oklahoma (or compact license, if applicable)
• Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Additional certifications may be required based on facility guidelines
