Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join a dynamic Acute Care team. This role is ideal for a nurse who is confident in clinical decision-making, excels in patient-centered care, and is comfortable working overnight shifts in a hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an acute care hospital setting
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor changes in condition
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
• Respond effectively to emergency situations
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and care processes

Education & Certification Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Oklahoma (or compact license)
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred

• Previous experience in acute care or hospital setting preferred
• Strong patient assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a care team
• Comfortable working night shifts and rotating weekends
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
