Job Summary:
Reporting to the Director of the Congregational Leadership Certificate Program, the Program Success Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that every participant, cohort, church, instructor, and association successfully progresses through the program. This person nurtures partnerships to maintain a high-touch relationship with congregations through conferences, a cohort learning model, and statewide workshops. The coordinator ensures the successful delivery of all participant-facing services by coordinating admissions, cohort engagement, learning support, communications, events, and program logistics. The Program Success Coordinator is responsible for creating an exceptional participant experience from initial inquiry through certificate completion. Working closely with the Program Director, Director of Donor Relations and Strategic Partnerships, Communications and Marketing Specialists, and congregational social network leaders, this position supports the implementation of theological education, leadership development, congregational assessment, and ministry formation initiatives while maintaining the school's commitment to excellence in serving congregational social networks and their leaders. Start date is scheduled for January 4, 2027.

Physical Demands
Ability to sit or stand for up to 8 hours/day. Some lifting (up to 25 pounds occasionally), bending, and carrying. The employee is regularly required to talk and hear, and to use hands and fingers to handle or feel.
