Does working one-on-one with kids in a home setting excite you? If this sounds like your calling, TiraLine Health Services wants to meet you! What you will own: As a Behavior Technician, you'll deliver one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental needs. Under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you'll follow individualized behavior plans, offer parent coaching, and become a part of a care team that's committed to empowerment and growth. Your afternoons will be meaningful-sessions typically take place between 3:00 PM and 7:30 PM, and weekend availability is a plus! Skills you will bring to the table:Passion for working with children and helping them thriveHigh school diploma or GED required; college coursework in education, psychology, or healthcare is a plusStrong communication and interpersonal skillsValid California driver's license and reliable transportationExperience in babysitting, childcare, special education, day care, camp counseling, or pediatric care is a bonusBilingual abilities are a plusInterested?
