Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our employer-sponsored health and wellness clinic in Olive Branch, MS. What You'll Do

  • Provide primary and urgent care services to employees and their eligible dependents
  • Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and chronic medical conditions
  • Perform physical examinations and preventive health screenings
  • Order, interpret, and review laboratory and diagnostic testing
  • Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans
  • Perform basic in-office procedures, including suturing and incision and drainage (I&D)
  • Evaluate and treat work-related injuries and workers' compensation cases
  • Conduct DOT physicals 
  • Educate patients on preventive care, wellness, and chronic disease management
  • Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical record documentation
  • Provide leadership and support to clinic staff while fostering a positive patient experience

Qualifications

  • Current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in Mississippi
  • Family Practice experience required
  • Primary Care and/or Urgent Care experience strongly preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience
  • Current BLS certification
  • DOT Medical Examiner certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for patient-centered care and wellness
