**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Steward to assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization in our establishment. The Steward will be responsible for washing dishes, utensils, glassware, pots, and pans. They will also ensure the kitchen and food service areas are kept clean and sanitized.
**Responsibilities:**
1. Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand.
2. Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition.
3. Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas.
4. Ensure kitchen floors, walls, and countertops are clean and sanitized.
5. Remove trash and clean garbage containers regularly.
6. Assist with unloading and storing deliveries.
7. Adhere to sanitation and safety procedures.
**Qualifications:**
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Proven experience as a Steward or in a similar role is preferred.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
4. Strong attention to detail.
5. Knowledge of sanitation regulations.
6. Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy items.
7. Good communication skills.
