Fuel Logistics Coordinator
Penmac Staffing has an immediate opening for a Fuel Logistics Coordinator!Pay: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time
Hours: Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM (additional hours may be required during fuel weekends as needed) Penmac Staffing is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented
Fuel Logistics Coordinator to support the daily administrative and operational functions of a fuel distribution department. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, inventory tracking, invoice processing, and logistics coordination. The successful candidate will play an important role in maintaining accurate fuel records, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring documentation is completed accurately and on time.Requirements for the Fuel Logistics CoordinatorTo be successful in this role, candidates should have:
- Strong typing and data entry skills
- Proficiency with ten-key calculator functions
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with inventory control processes preferred
Fuel Logistics Coordinator ResponsibilitiesDaily duties may include:
- Monitoring fuel inventory levels across multiple locations
- Tracking fuel usage and ensuring adequate supply levels
- Reconciling fuel costs with vendor invoices for accuracy
- Maintaining fuel accounting records within company systems
- Coordinating and dispatching fuel deliveries as needed
- Entering fuel and freight invoices accurately and promptly
- Uploading bills of lading, freight invoices, and supporting documentation to the company server
- Maintaining organized electronic records and files
- Assisting with additional administrative and operational tasks as assigned
